Terms & Conditions
A plain-language summary of the terms that govern Allied Coastal services. Your written service agreement is the controlling document and is confirmed with you before service begins.
Please read. These are Allied Coastal's current policies, provided for transparency. They are not legal advice. Specific terms are confirmed with you in writing before any service begins.

1. Who we are
These terms govern services provided by Allied Coastal, LLC, a bin cleaning and exterior service business operating in Sarasota & Manatee County, Southwest Florida and majority-owned by Hard Carbon Group LLC. Your written service agreement is the controlling document if anything in this summary differs from it.
2. Services and scope
Allied Coastal cleans, treats, seals, and sanitizes exterior surfaces and waste containers. That includes recurring residential trash and recycling bin cleaning, commercial dumpster sanitation, and paver and exterior cleaning and sealing. We restore cleanliness, not structural condition. Work outside the service tier you purchased is out of scope unless we agree to it in writing.
3. Scheduling and service
Residential bin cleaning runs on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedules, set on a route and generally aligned to your trash collection day. Standard service returns your bins to their side-of-house storage area. Our crews may collect bins from the curb, side of house, driveway, or an open garage, anywhere reasonably and safely accessible, without entering enclosed structures.
Life happens, so each rolling 12 months includes three free reschedules with advance notice plus one free missed service with no notice. Beyond that, a $25 missed-service fee may apply, and we waive it at our discretion for clients acting in good faith.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access on your service day: gates unlocked or codes shared, pets secured, and your bins or the work area reachable. Please tell us about any pre-existing conditions before we begin. For paver and hardscape work, the service area should be cleared of vehicles, furniture, planters, decorations, and personal belongings before your scheduled service.
5. Property access and service photos
You grant Allied Coastal access to your property as needed to perform service and to document it with photos for quality and verification. We may use service photos to show our work, and you can opt out at any time. We do not publish client names or family imagery, and we avoid deliberately identifying details. HOA community programs follow the same approach, with a resident opt-out.
6. Pricing, billing, and payment
Project work is billed on completion. Subscriptions are charged automatically to the payment method on file unless we arrange otherwise in writing. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and other electronic methods, some of which may carry a processing fee. HOA and commercial accounts are invoiced net 30 by default.
A returned or failed payment carries a $35 fee. Past-due balances may accrue late fees and, when sufficiently overdue, lien-rights protection as permitted under Florida law. No payment is collected through this website, and your pricing is confirmed with you directly before service begins.
7. Term, renewal, and cancellation
You can cancel any annual agreement with 30 days' written notice. Annual agreements renew for another term unless cancelled, and we send written notice at least 30 days before each renewal with the renewal date, pricing, and how to cancel. Pricing is locked for the length of an annual term and changes only at renewal with 30 days' notice. Month-to-month pricing may change at the next billing cycle with 14 days' notice.
8. Refunds
Our standard policy is no automatic refunds. We review refund requests case by case at our discretion. The standing exceptions are service we cancel ourselves and prepaid amounts for service prevented by an extended weather or emergency event, described in the weather and emergencies section below.
9. Our service quality guarantee
If a cleaning does not meet our standards, we re-perform it at no charge. We do not offer a satisfaction or money-back guarantee; the remedy is re-service. For standard residential service, report an issue within 48 hours of your service and we will re-service within 7 days. Restaurant and medical compliance accounts follow a tighter window given health-code stakes: report within 24 hours, re-service within 48 hours.
The guarantee does not cover damage that happens after service, pre-existing conditions, issues caused by incorrect information, denied access or hazards, the normal cure period on paver sealing, or issues reported after the applicable window.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited as described in your written agreement, which also sets out how our insurance applies to a covered claim and the limits involved. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for personal property left unsecured in the work area, or for indirect or consequential damages. Where work reveals a pre-existing condition, we document and discuss it with you rather than absorb responsibility for it. Any claim must be brought within one year of the service.
11. Weather and emergencies
Florida weather is part of life here. Hurricanes, severe weather, government emergencies, and similar events can delay or cancel service, and those delays are excused. If such an event prevents service for more than 30 days in a row, we refund any prepaid amount for the affected service in full.
12. Dispute resolution
If a dispute comes up, we ask that we first try to resolve it informally over a 30-day period. Beyond that, disputes are handled through binding arbitration, with a carve-out for small-claims matters, and you may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of starting service. These terms are governed by Florida law, with venue in Sarasota or Manatee County. For residential service, each side covers its own attorney fees.
13. Florida disclosures, changes, and contact
We include the consumer disclosures required under Florida law and confirm them in your agreement. We may update these terms as the business grows, and the current version lives here. Questions about these terms can go to Allied Coastal using the phone or email in the footer.
