How often will my bins be cleaned?

You choose the cadence: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Service is scheduled on the route, generally aligned to your trash collection day.

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

No. As long as your bins are accessible at the curb on your service day, you do not need to be home. Set the schedule once and it repeats automatically.

What happens to the dirty water?

Accepted Answer

Our equipment captures the dirty wash water and holds it on board rather than letting it run into the street or storm drains. We keep our environmental language honest: the water is contained and then disposed of under sanitary and EPA regulations. We do not reclaim or recycle it.

Pricing and plan details are confirmed when you start service. Our standard policy is no automatic refunds, with exceptions reviewed case by case. Instead of a money-back guarantee, we re-service: report an issue within 48 hours and we make it right at no charge. Exact terms are confirmed before you sign up.

Do you clean commercial dumpsters?

Yes. We service dumpsters for restaurants, strip malls, HOAs, and property management companies on contracted schedules. Request a commercial quote and we will scope it with you.
